AI Use Notice
Important information about how R.I.C.H.O. AI tools work and how their outputs should be used.
Last updated: July 2026
AI output may contain errors
R.I.C.H.O. AI tools produce structured analysis and recommendations. Outputs may contain errors, omissions, incorrect assumptions or unsupported claims. Do not treat any output as definitive or authoritative without independent verification.
Outputs require human review
Every output produced by a R.I.C.H.O. tool must be reviewed by a qualified human before it is used in any decision, communication, publication or action. The AI is a structured analysis tool, not a decision-maker.
High-impact decisions require professional review
Decisions with significant legal, financial, medical, regulatory, safety or commercial consequences must be reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional before action is taken. R.I.C.H.O. tools do not replace professional advice.
The tools do not replace professionals
R.I.C.H.O. tools do not replace legal advisers, financial advisers, medical practitioners, compliance officers, engineers or any other regulated professional. Use of these tools does not constitute professional advice of any kind.
Users must be authorised to submit information
You must be authorised to submit any information you provide to R.I.C.H.O. tools. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, private credentials, confidential business information belonging to others, or personal information about individuals without their consent.
Demo tools may use illustrative logic or data
Tools labelled Interactive Demo may produce outputs using scripted, illustrative or example logic rather than live AI analysis. These outputs are for demonstration purposes only and do not represent real analysis of your submitted information.
External actions require explicit authority
R.I.C.H.O. tools in Public Assistant mode do not take external actions. Tools in higher operational modes require explicit owner approval before any external action is executed. No payment, publication, communication or system change occurs automatically.
