Richo Systems collects information you submit through contact forms, pilot request forms and AI tool input fields. This includes name, email address, organisation name, business descriptions and any other information you choose to provide. We do not collect payment information directly.
Purpose of collection
Information submitted through forms is used to respond to your enquiry, assess pilot fit and communicate with you about Richo Systems products and services. Information submitted to AI tools is used only to generate the requested output.
AI tool inputs
Information you submit to R.I.C.H.O. AI tools is processed through a secure server to generate a structured output. Do not submit passwords, secret keys, private credentials, highly sensitive personal information or confidential material unless you are authorised to provide it.
Form submissions
Contact and pilot request form submissions are stored securely and used only for the purpose stated at the time of submission. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Analytics
This website may use analytics tools to measure page visits and user behaviour. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. You may opt out of analytics tracking through your browser settings.
Retention
Form submission data is retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain records of commercial communications. AI tool input data is not retained beyond the session unless explicitly stated.
Deletion requests
You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting Richo Systems through the contact form. We will respond to deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.
External processing providers
AI tool outputs are generated using third-party AI providers including OpenAI. Your inputs may be processed by these providers subject to their terms of service and privacy policies. We do not share your personal contact information with AI providers.
Security approach
API credentials and system configuration are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
