This page explains exactly what happens to information you submit through R.I.C.H.O. tools — where it goes, who receives it, what is retained, and how to request deletion.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, identity documents, medical information or confidential information you are not authorised to process.

Deletion requests
Because tool inputs and outputs are not retained by Richo Systems, there is no stored content to delete for standard tool use. For newsletter email removal or any other data request, contact us using the details below.

This page describes the processing behaviour of R.I.C.H.O. Interactive Tools (richosystems.technology) as of July 2026.
